We work closely with our clients and listen intently to all their desires in order to conceptualize a cohesive event that is truly a reflective of them. Because we believe that events should be organic, intimate environments regardless of the guest count being 20 or 300, we guide our clients through the entire planning process providing expert advice and imaginative ideas.
In addition to planning and design, our specialized services include, but are not limited to, consulting, event design, and corporate event management in order to best meet the needs of our clients. While our headquarters are in D.C. & Miami, we work all across the U.S. and Abroad offering a Full-Service approach to our clients.
PLANNING & DESIGN (FULL-SERVICE)
Our Full-Service offering is all-encompassing and consists of Design, Planning, & Management, as these are the core foundations of every event. After an in-depth creative session, our Creative Director will work on a Design to present to clients allowing them to visualize their experience. Upon approval of the design, we will guide you through the Planning process: from vendor matching and logistics to hotel blocks and transportation. Our team will guide you each and every step of the way. Last, but certainly not least, is Management. About four to six weeks before your event, we will confirm all vendors and create a detailed timeline for the client and all VIP’s. Our team will be on-site at your event ensuring everything is set up or installed according to plan and that your celebration is everything you imagined it would be.
DESIGN & PRODUCTION
For the client who decides to plan on their own or who may be relying on an event coordinator, we offer Design & Production. Our creative team works closely with you to design a cohesive concept that is reflective of you or your brand’s aesthetic. From florals, print, & lighting to color palettes, room layouts, and rental pieces, we utilize our design expertise to ensure your vision comes to life and that you can create a modern, stylish and refined event.
DESTINATION EVENTS
While we are a D.C. & Miami based firm, we plan destination events, both within the U.S. & Abroad. We work closely with our clients to discover the perfect location for their celebration, planning unique experiences and excursions, allowing you and your guests the opportunity to be fully-immersed in the local culture. Because my team and I hail from diverse backgrounds, we pull from our cultural experiences and global connections ensuring that your guests have an unforgettable celebration.
Whether Florence, Negril, Ojai, or Miami Beach, my team frequently researches and adheres to travel-advisories and pays close attention to the CDC guidelines when planning and managing client’s destination events.
MANAGEMENT
From intimate luncheons and dinner meetings to grand openings and large scale celebrations, our event managers specialize in the coordination and management of events. Our team will create a detailed production schedule and provide to all VIP’s. We will be on-site at your event ensuring everything is set up or installed according to plan and ensuring that your event runs smoothly.
